We process your personal data as a controller, meaning we determine how personal data will be processed, for what purpose, and select any additional processors who assist us in the processing.

Processed personal data: Identification and contact details, in the case of paid services also payment details, data about service usage, data about trades in the training platform. Your ID (ID card, passport, or driver's license), or other documents verifying your identity.
Legal basis for processing: The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract through which we provide you with services, or based on our legitimate interest.
HOW WE STORE DATA AND WHO CAN ACCESS IT
We process your personal data in an encrypted database on computers and other devices, or with third parties such as:
Business partner (RIFM, s.r.o., FDCTech inc.)
Email services (smartselling, a. s.)
Electronic signatures (DocuSign, Inc.)
Contract payments (Deel Inc.)
Other third parties that help us maintain the operation of the websites and provide services (for example, other companies in the group, providers of hosting and cloud services, financial institutions, providers of customer support tools and services, IT companies and system administrators, marketing and communication agencies, consultants, and postal service providers).

HOW LONG WE PROCESS DATA
Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for fulfilling the purposes described above and for the duration required to achieve those purposes or as directly specified by legal regulations. Afterward, personal data is deleted or anonymized. We process personal data for a maximum period of 10 years.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We would like to assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality also applies after the termination of contractual relationships. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
